Description:

We are a Preschool to Grade 12 school in the city of Rajkot (Gujarat) founded by Harvard alums. Our unique pedagogy, the Northstar Approach, is a research-based approach to learning and teaching that helps students achieve their highest potential by exploring and making discoveries about themselves and their world. We are currently looking for passionate educators to join our Primary and Middle School. Please go through our website to know more about us.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and teach lessons following the Northstar Approach.
2. Use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching styles.
3. Regularly participate in collaborative curriculum planning and development, and work with colleagues to deliver effective team teaching when possible.
4. Develop and implement relevant assessments for both formative and summative evaluations as well as for uncovering student’s potential initial misconceptions.
5. Keep parents informed about student progress and attend parent meetings.
6. Be a champion and disseminator of the Northstar Approach inside and outside the school.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
• Relevant domain/subject expertise
• Prior experience in teaching at progressive organisations is beneficial
